They had 20 bore holes drilled, for a 3 mile road and the building site. Then they changed the site layout so the final design was not even in one of the bore holes. They missed by 300 ft. We built them a 3 mile road to the site, and it was designed like a Chicago street, and not 3 miles of road floated over swamp. Even though there is a septic system for the building site, there design included a sanitary sewer, with concrete manholes and the works. It was fun because there is no sanitary sewer on ether side of the road. Lazy engineering is a very very terrible thing to have to deal with.
